Sessions with me are held in a trusted, safe, and cleared space.

Only the highest energies will be called upon and worked with. All information and/or high vibrational energy healing is done and conveyed for the highest good for all. 

• I precede all sessions by tuning in to you to get an image and impression of your energies.
• Sessions are conducted like soul to soul conversations - either in person or via Skype/Zoom. I first present you with what I energetically see in your whole field. Then we open up for our conversation, where you are free to ask questions. In Energy Healing sessions I act as a conduit for higher energies, as well as use my natural seer and high vibrational energy balancing abilities. 
• Lots of information comes through during my sessions. It can often be a very deep and life-changing experience for my clients. All information will be conveyed in positive and constructive ways - and will never be disturbing or frightening. Your soul is in charge, and is the natural 'guardian' of how much comes through to your conscious awareness. Your soul is always looking out for your best state of being. I am merely helping you become aware of what you (your soul) already knows.
• You will receive information/energies that you are capable of absorbing and converting into practical and helpful information, to propel you forward and upward.
• In Energy Healing sessions your guides, angels, guardians come through from the other side, and other higher light beings also often assist. 
• Each session is rounded off with divine blessings, final guidance, clearing, and a brief visualisation, if called for.
