Contact with loved ones can help you

So many souls have passed over this year (2020), leaving their loved ones, relatives, friends, partners in sorrow and grief.

It is a natural process to grieve and feel saddened or even overwhelmed by the loss. And it is natural to set time aside for that release and adjustment period.

Knowing that communication with our loved ones is still possible, can be a great help for many. There are also those that feel that you should not disturb those that have passed over.

ACCEPTING A NATURAL ABILITY AND DESIRE

..our ability to communicate with the other side is a natural part of our existence... it is natural to accept that extension of our reality..

In my own experience, I feel that developing our ability to communicate with the other side is a natural part of our existence. And I also do believe that it is natural to accept that extension of our reality - as I have so many experiences of this type of communication.

I believe that most of our loved ones are actually ready to help us 'down here'. In my experience, it is like they are in the next room. We may not be able to see them or touch them, but we can still feel their warm feelings for us, and the love they hold for us - and we can experience a guidance from them that comes from another perspective of existence - from a place where they can now see things and understand things they may not have seen or understood before.

Souls that have passed may instantly develop - or get reacquainted with - their 'other-worldly' abilities, such as communication across the realms, once they pass.

Others take some time to adjust to their new (well, old) 'reality', namely our natural soul-state. But they may need some time to accept that they are there now. They may need more time to be ready to give us guidance and support. They may have a lot of exploring to do for themselves first.

...most souls are glad to be of help - they welcome our contacting them..

But if asked, I feel that most souls are actually GLAD TO BE OF HELP - they welcome our contacting them, and they want to comfort us and help us, us who are still on this side of the veil. If they are not 'available' at the moment of trying to establish contact, we will know. Then, it is best to wait, and try the contact at a later time.

But if they are 'ready' and 'available', I feel that they can be a beacon for us, they can provide confirmation, validation, guidance - and help us see that leaving this world does not mean the end. It means a transition into a new way of being.
